ETA and expected price?
Thanks. |

Quoted:
any comparison as to which is better; melonite or the nib? I'd imagine they're probably very similar in corrosion, lubricity, etc... Nickel boron has a lower coefficient of friction and is slightly slicker. Melonite is slightly more corrosion resistant and black in color so more "tactical" in appearance. Just out of curiosity, Bryan, who melonites the BCGs? Tom at Spike's tactical claims he doesn't do it because he thinks, if done wrong (easy to do), it can compromise the original heat treat of the bolt. |

It is looking that way. I hope it is not too much longer, I have a build waiting for one of these. Quoted:
Been waiting for them, are they pushed back again? Quoted:

Are these still expected today? Quoted:

Shoulda saved the $5 and 2 weeks time by not engraving the logo. honestly we may have to logo everything, I can't tell you how many BCGs come back that are clearly NOT FROM US. Of course they always say, its the only BCG I own, and it came from you guys, but you can clearly tell its not from the same company we get ours from. |

I absolutely understand what you are saying and it makes sense, but would you ever consider putting the logo somewhere not visible when installed like the other side, or maybe a small "A" or something instead? Me love AIM long time, but I'm also not always big fan of having my rifles have the equivalent of a novella in roll marks, stamps, logos, and other stuff. You guys certainly aren't the worst offenders; I'm just saying that personally I'd love a "stealth" version of your BCGs. |

melonite and NiB carriers are both aim logo'd
NiB models are now(yesterdays shipment and on) are laser'd 9310 MPI on the melonite extractor. the next shipment of melonited BCGs will be laser'd 9310 MPI on the melonite extractor. budget BCGs have investment cast keys and extractors so they are easy to identify. |

How much use can a investment cast extractor take vs. a non cast extractor? |
