Awesome I'll hold off on ordering. I didn't expect them to sell so quick. Signed up for the alert.

I ordered on the same day. Have you gotten shipping info yet?

I just received shipping notification with tracking number this afternoon.  Bryan did call me Friday afternoon to verify my order was legit as he said they have had some fraudulent orders for Aimpoint products so he was verifying it was a legit order.

Mine arrived today.  I am a little disappointed though.  The lense in the rear see-through flip up cover came with a huge scratch right across the middle of the lense.

I sent an email to Aim about it and PM'd Bryan.

Got an email back already from Aim that they are contacting Aimpoint to send me a replacement cover.

ETA : Damn that was fast.  Aimpoint was contaced by Aim and a replacement from Aimpoint is on the way.  Awesome customer service, thank you!

Do these come with a mount? Which mount works best?

Yes, that's a strong part of the appeal of an Aimpoint PRO - it comes with the mount.

Now, the height of the mount is... interesting. Not quite 1/3 lower but certainly not absolute co-witness.

I ended up raising it with an ARMS #74 spacer... and an end mill.

Maybe you can find a more appropriate spacer than I could, I just decided to use what I had and let the chips fly. It works fine now though.

Just found this on Aimpoints website on the PRO page:

The modular QRP2 mount includes a removable spacer that indexes the sight at the optimal height for co-witness with the standard iron sights on AR15/M16/M4 Carbine style weapons. This spacer can be removed to enable the use of the sight on police shotguns or sub-machineguns. The QRP2 mount also incorporates a torque-limiting twist knob that provides the optimal level of pressure on the rail while completely eliminating the possibility of over-tightening

It's the standard mount we had in the Army. I like it just fine...
