Just received my 91/30 out of this most recent batch and man, this thing is in great shape! Great wood, no pitting, bore is mirror new. Anyone else with similar results? Always pleased with AIM. PS, I did do the hand-pick option I received one is similiar condition in 2010 from AIM. Not hand picked either. It was a 1938 IZZY. It had been used by the East Germans after WWII. I got it for $69.95 too. Most East German marked mosins sell for twice as much as a regular marked one. |

just got one! Not sure where it is from, it is marked with a soviet symbol above the date 1939, and below the date is a triangle with an i in the middle.. Beautiful firearm!!! pics http://i170.photobucket.com/albums/u261/jackthewall/mosin1.jpg http://i170.photobucket.com/albums/u261/jackthewall/mosin2.jpg Laminate Izhevsk factory, arrow in triangle, with a post war stock. Very nice. I just got 4 of them but I paid for the Tula's and Handpick. Worth every penny. Then I realized I had forgot to get an Izhevsk. DOH!!! Oh and the barrels are mirror like and strong rifling. |
