Just wanted to leave some kudos; not that they need it from what I've heard/ read.

I contacted AIM regarding an out of stock item.  Bryan and AIM went far above and beyond the quality of customer service I could have ever asked from them.  I can say with 100% faith that these guys will take care of you.

100% agree.  I sent an email with a question about a product, and got a response in minutes.  I was shocked, rarely does something like that happen!

I have been so satisfied with the customer service from Aim.  I've recommended them to my friends many times over.
