I ordered the lower for my first build of my first AR from Aim about a week ago.  Stephen was always quick to respond when I had a question about the order and provided me with the info I requested.  This is more than I can say for my FFL, I emailed Stephen about the delivery date of the lower and found out it had been delivered a day or two earlier but the FFL didn't bother to let me know.  When I got it home, there were a couple of blemishes in the finish, and Bryan went out of his way to make it right.  This is the type of customer service that is missing in most industries and retail outlets today.  No hassles or avoiding the problem, just making it right and satisfying the customer.

Aim Surplus went the extra mile and now has a customer for life.  (Now if they would just get in some Spike's mid-length uppers, I'd be all set)
