More like heavy winter coat then hoodie weather in the upper midwest. Yep. I lived in Ohio for 12 years and wore hoodies all winter. No reason you can't wear a hoodie and a coat

More like heavy winter coat then hoodie weather in the upper midwest. Yep. I lived in Ohio for 12 years and wore hoodies all winter. No reason you can't wear a hoodie and a coat Towards Cleveland, hoodies are worn through May some years . Stupid Ohio weather...
