Hey Bryan, any plan of carrying the Spikes Tactical NiB battle trigger or the enhanced trigger set? I'd love to get my grubby hands on the NiB Battle Trigger - I'd imagine most of the folks that got the 5.45 uppers would like them as well. That whole "if the coating's good enough for the BCG, might make sense to put it in my lower for corrosion resistance" concept |

ordered them and on the way, $59.95 delivered! danged! she'll just have to get over this too I sorta wish these were complete LPK sets (I know would cost more) but I need to finish another lower. I installed one of the battle triggers in another lower and it's slick as ......... on a ............ - well. they're pretty slick ! |

Thanks Brad,
I had looked at Spikes, but that enhanced kit is $150 +$12 S&H, it does come with the Ergo grip and aluminum trigger guard. I already have a spare ergo grip and magpul plastic trigger guard, trying to unsuccesfully cut back on spending. Thanks for the tip tho. |

Man up and do two orders Trying to reduce the temptation to spend more than I should here buddy! Give me a few more months :P |

I thought I've demonstrated that point beautifully already? See, if you place two orders, you can pay a little for order #1, make more money at work, then spend a little for order #2, instead of paying a lot for just one order |

How are these anyway? That much better than a standard trigger? I've considered buying some of the Geissele SSA's for a few of my rifles, but the pricetag on those has scared me off thus far |

Quoted: I haven't tried one yet, normally i ONLY run Bill Springfield triggers, BUT i have thought about a geissele but man thats allot of $ Yeah it's a lot of coin to drop on a single stage I'd settle for a smooth non-gritty single stage though, so if the Spikes are that way, I can stomach $60 a lot better than I can $170-$200 per trigger. |

IM him if you want more info, or do a search. Basically, it's not a match trigger (nor is it advertised as such) but it is smoother and more durable than a typical LPK trigger. Theoretically, it should be as reliable as a standard trigger. Many aftermarket triggers give up reliability for feel. The Geissele SSA (and other Geissele triggers) is supposedly incredibly reliable and feels great, but is pricey. I ordered a Spike's from AIM for my HD/SD carbine. Depending on how much I like it, I might skip the SSA for my 3-gun build and stick with the Spike's. The weak link in my accuracy isn't the trigger.

I still cannot find it on AIM'S website.
Just wondering if there is an option of an LPK w/ NiB trigger set w/ other regular parts of a standard LPK. I do not need the other stuff w/ the enhanced set. Sort of a midrange setsup, just replacing the standard trigger. |
