| Hey Guys just a quick question for the NV gurus. I'm having a difficult time seeing the dot on n or N nv settings using a Omni VII tube. I spoke to the project manager of the MRO and he said since the MRO was designed around a different spec tube that I could use up to setting 4-5 on a high spec tubes without hurting it. Is this correct that a visible red dot will not hurt a high spec tube? Thanks |
| I see Sam answered your post in the NV forum. Never heard of this as well. Also, with the MRO at arms length away, you should not have a problem with damage in that regard like you would if the NOD was mounted on weapon a few inches away and it stationary, never to be used in the fashion as tube burn will happen. My only issue with using vis settings is you may have a bloomed out dot. |
