I purchased a TX-4 conversion head and adapter a few months ago. When I first got the conversion head, it worked great. Very bright and very practical. A few weeks ago, I was using it to search  a room. I pushed the button (on) and it worked fine. Turned it off for about 10 seconds and pushed the button to come on again and it didn't work. It has not worked since then.

I have tried to change batteries, check terminal connections and everything I could think of. I emailed TNVC over 1 week ago and also left a voice mail but have not received a response back. Wondering if this is an ongoing problem or a one of a kind deal. I see at least one other had had a similar issue.

Not gotten any emails (maybe spam), should have called back, phones sometimes do get jammed up.  Either way, drop me an email at the victor at tnvc dot com and we will get ya taken care of.

Just received my TX-4 conversion head back from being fixed. They received it Monday and got it back Fri same week. Good customer service once we got in contact. I'll keep you updated if there are any further issues. I don't see that there should be.
