Just wondering if you send any type of email(s) for shipment tracking or that the item has shipped. I ordered a light on 11/27 and received the 2 autmoated emails showing you rec'd the order and billing information but I haven't rec'd any add'l emails concerning shipping information.
From what I've read I know I don't have anything to worry about with you or your company, I just wanted to make sure there wasn't an oversight of some sort. Ok, Ok, Really..................I'm just dying to run the new Q5 Cree module through the ringer and wondering how long it usually takes to ship/receive. Not at all brother, gave the staff off the long Turkey day weekend last week and playing a huge amount of catch up Monday and today. Everything closed down at the office, but you should have gotten a UPS tracking number, I'll have them insure a email goes out tomorrow! Thank you!! Vic |

To tell you the truth, I thought today was Wednesday when I posted - been playing catch up myself at work. Just thought it was weird I didn't receive any shipping info and wanted make sure there wasn't a glitch in the matrix. Thanks again for the response and I'll be sure to post up some pics and a review after receipt and some hands on time. |
