I hate to be just another guy posting about a missing shipment but hopefully this will help sway you guys towards using UPS. :) They are much better than USPS in my opinion since they deliver the package to your door instead of leaving it in the mailbox. Also their online tracking is more timely as well. Anyways here is my order info:
Order # 00002793 For a LPK and buffer spring I checked the delivery confirmation # this morning and it said it was "Delivered" the day before at 9:40am, but I was present at the address during that time and did not receive anything. I had it delivered to my office so if it were mistakenly delivered to another office in my tiny plaza, they would have given it to me. I went to the post office and they don't know what happened to it, so they told me to come back Monday when they can ask the person who was delivering mail that day. Don't get me wrong, I love PK Firearms, and I know that they are not at fault for USPS's problems. I've ordered stuff from you guys before and had great service, but I really really hate using USPS and avoid it whenever possible. UPS and Fedex are both much much better. Here's hoping my order magically shows up on Monday... |
