I ordered from three different companies to get sundry small parts I needed. All on the same day. I received my parts from PK today (10/24) and I recieved an e-mail confirmation of shipment from one of the other (quite large) dealers. I had a problem with the order at PK and it was quickly resolved and I was a more than satisfied customer after contacting them. Buy with confidence as I have repeatedly from PK.
ETA: The gas key I needed was shipped the day I called PK with the problem about the order and the key still arrived (today 10/27) before the orders from the other two suppliers! I will always look to PK for my AR needs. |
