The model 3 is what you want for a standard Bulgarian/Russian frink. The model 2 is for a Yugo 92.

What kind of repeatablity do you get? I want to be able to mount a red dot on it but still remove it for cleaning without haveing to worry about a POI change.

Good repeatability if you are only removing the top.
