Hey Troy-There was another thread over in Larue's section where a guy bought a fake rail and the seller is threatening to take him to court and all kinds of crazy. I checked out this guys ebay auctions and found this:

Yeah. Im in for the outcome either with rw3045's dealing with ebay or anything Troy feels like posting.
I got hosed on a fake Magpul MS2 sling and a LaRue RISR back in 2013 and ebay basically said "heres your money, keep the product" but werent interested in shutting them down. I see the seller is still out there.  . I started only buying from legit shops and the mfg themselves after that. A few bucks isnt worth any kind of hassle any more, especially one with ebay.

Nice to see you taking this seriously. LaRue hasn't said a thing last I looked. Be sure to read up on the Ebay VERO program. It should give you as the "intellectual property rights" holder they ability to take down fake auctions. http://pages.ebay.com/vero/intro/ |

New username but the same seller. Same location and has the same return policy. Has 2 MI rails listed, I can't tell if they are real or not from the pictures. I've reported him for feedback manipulation since they don't care about counterfeits, but they don't seem to care about that either. |
