Allow me to apologize in advance for putting this here, I'm aware that this is probably not the most appropriate place but I feel this is the only place where I might get a response.
I have ordered a rifle bag from Midwest Industries on February 1 2013. I received an email on Feb 5 indicating that the bag I've ordered was on back order because it was out of stock, and I would receive my order in approximately 2 weeks or so. I emailed customer service on Feb 20th simply inquiring about the status, and have not been emailed back. I again emailed on Monday requesting an update, and still have heard nothing. Today I've called twice, and both times landed at voice mail. I didn't leave a voice mail because at this point I'm not convinced its worth my time. I am aware of our political situation and the fact that every gun related manufacturer/distributor, is maxed out. I also realize that I rank low because I'm only spending $55.00 + shipping and customers who are spending hundreds and thousands take priority. I want to keep my order with you guys because the bag that I've ordered appeals to me more than all the others that I've looked at. But my patients are wearing thin, and a deadline I have given myself before I just go to my Bass Pro or Cabela's buy their stuff, is rapidly approaching. If there is anyone who is willing to facilitate and help get this resolved I'll gladly keep my order, and purchase stuff from you in the future. I want to be your customer, but I can travel 5 miles and get similar products immediately for a similar price if need be. Thank you, Kevv |
