[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Free Float Rail Help Needed

I have a generation 1 10" free float rail, MCTAR 24. I have a problem––I need a new front end cap(the U-shaped ring that braces the top half to the bottom half).

I saw this:

Does this bull ring fit into the MCTAR? It appears to be compatible, but I wanted to ask before ordering.

The gen 2 24 does not use a front cap. If you have a gen 1 call our shop.
