Just wanted to let others know about my expirience with MI.  I had ordered a free float rail system.  When I put it on my build, I found that I needed the trim ring for a bull barrel system.  I ordered the right part and requested that it be sent.  

After 2 weeks, still no part.  I called the company and a young lady named Nicole immediately helped me.  She had found that the part had been accidently sent to another address.  She told me that I would receive another free of charge and today it arrived.  As a customer, it's great to do business with someone who cares about us.

I now have the proper piece I needed for my build.  THANK YOU, NICOLE AND M.I. !!!!!!

Hard to beat free.  They can mess up my order anytime.

We do our best to stand behind our products and keep our customers happy. It is not always possible but we get it right most of the time. Nikki does a very good job and i will pass this along .
