Just wanted to let others know about my expirience with MI. I had ordered a free float rail system. When I put it on my build, I found that I needed the trim ring for a bull barrel system. I ordered the right part and requested that it be sent. After 2 weeks, still no part. I called the company and a young lady named Nicole immediately helped me. She had found that the part had been accidently sent to another address. She told me that I would receive another free of charge and today it arrived. As a customer, it's great to do business with someone who cares about us. I now have the proper piece I needed for my build. THANK YOU, NICOLE AND M.I. !!!!!!
