Hello, a friend of mine bought a NPAP underfolder from you last week, due to my recommendation. He had received the rifle with severely canted rear sight block. He has been trying to contact you through email, and telephone, and unfortunately, has not been getting any response. Also, the rifle was shipped from Sentry Arms, not from Atlantic Firearms.

GlockMonk , The scenario you are outlining does not add up . As far as calling we have one full time person here that answers the phone and then a call center back up to handle her overflow. On emails we receive over 600 per day but normally are able to respond in 24 hours or less . We prioritize customer service emails over general sales emails , Third we do not drop ship items direct from Century Arms so I do not know how he or she could have bought it from us and it would have shipped from Century ?? All of the Century AK rifles are shipped from our main Atlantic Firearms Warehouse and shipping facility . We strive to assist customers with a quality related concern as quickly as possible and I am responding to your post on a Sunday when our office is normally closed . If this person can confirm that they did purchase it from us please ask them to email [email protected] today and in the Subject Line type AR15.com Thread and then ask them to list all of their info etc.
