I knew you guys were all ninja in your customer service but dang! I sent an email on Sunday expecting a response no earlier than tomorrow because of the holiday weekend. I'll be slapped by a bag 'o d*cks if Sophie didn't reply back in a couple of hours! You guys need to put the coffee down, take a knee and face out. You are working too hard at being awesome. I had to buy stuff I really didn't need just to show my appreciation.
Now lets hope the DPO doesn't lose my order! |
