I have a PIG PC with soft armor cummerbund. The adjustment cord is 550 cord. Why didn't you guys use a bungee cord instead? I added the bungee cord and it seems like it breathes or flexes better.
The elastic on the cummerbund is very stiff and there is very little stretch. |
