Got a 16" .22 WASP barrel and had leading problems.
Customer service took care of me and made it right. Glad to see a company with good customer service these days. Thanks CMMG |

I purchased a 1/2x28 conversion for a P90 along with their barrel. Luckily, I never got around to trying it with my m42000. I got several photos on the fiveseven forums prior to purchase using it with suppressors. A couple of years later I looked on the CMMG site and saw the same thread adapter and listed "now suppressor compatible" When I called they would not tell me what the problem was. They did however offer to sell, not replace, but sell me a new one that would work with my suppressor. I have posted on here several times about this. I have never gotten an answer. In fact I have not ever gotten an offer to replace my adapter with one that is true to what they advertized.
I have joked around a couple of times that I will wait until CMMG makes millions of this scare, fire my weapon based on the pretenses that I originally purchased the adapter with (backed up by photos), and when I get injured I will own a pretty decent firearms company. Questions, see what happens to the list of companies that refuse to issue recalls for items that are dangerous. To answer your question, NO, they do not stand behind their products. I only buy a CMMG item if it is the only one available. |
