| Yesterday I was at the local PD range and we threw my old conversion kit in an early M-16 just for fun. Worked great on semi but in FA it would only shoot the first round and then the trigger wouldn't reset. Flip the lever back to semi and it would shoot again. Obviously not letting the auto sear reset, is there any way to make it work? Just thought it would be some cheap fun. By the way, when I say old kit I mean several years old pre-dating the stainless option. I had heard there were lots of problems with the early ones but this thing has been in three different rifles and has worked very well in all of them. |
