I bought a new 9mm dedicated complete rifle through a CMMG vendor but had issues with it firing properly. This is the first CMMG product that I have had to return.   I contacted CMMG service department that send me a return authorization via UPS.  Received confirmation that it was received and signed for at CMMG a week ago I haven't heard anything since.  Is there another way that I can find out some information?

What Dave N said is probably the easiest and fastest way to find out...
CMMG will do you right... They have Great Customer Support..

CMMG will take care of you. They are real people who do their best. Wait and see, they will not let you down. They do get busy at times so if you think you have not heard from them in a reasonable amount of time just call them.
