I bought a new 9mm dedicated complete rifle through a CMMG vendor but had issues with it firing properly. This is the first CMMG product that I have had to return. I contacted CMMG service department that send me a return authorization via UPS. Received confirmation that it was received and signed for at CMMG a week ago I haven't heard anything since. Is there another way that I can find out some information?
