I have dealt with the CMMG people a few times, over the phone, face-to-face, and electronically here and with email. I can testify that they really do care about their customers and want to take care of the people who trusted them by buying their products. These guys and gals are for real and are very much aware that customer service is a high priority for a successful business. I would tell anyone who has a problem to contact them and they will work with you to solve the issue.

BTW, I have contacted them to share my good experiences too. Often people are quick to complain but fail to share the good.  I know these guys love the work they do and are excited about bringing out new products that we will love.

I pre-ordered one of the 20 inch govt profile .22 uppers. Received an email a few days later to acknowledge the order and remind me that they're not in production yet. Also stated they won't charge my credit card 'til the upper ships.

Good, simple, straightforward customer service.

I can't remember the exact number but generally, a dissatisfied customer tells three or four times the number of people about their problems compared to a happy customer telling people about their satisfaction.  At least, that's what I learned when I was in sales...  In any case, I always take an opportunity to drop a compliment to the manager, owner or whomever when I receive great service.  My experience when dealing with gun companies and suppliers is that more often than not, you're going to have something to compliment them on.  I don't currently own anything from CMMG (unless tactical bacon counts!) but I have spoken to them a few times and they've always been honest and easygoing.  I'll say the same about Stag Arms and Springfield Armory.

Unfortunately, the internet is where someone usually comes with a problem seeking a solution. That is why you see so many complaints against any company. Everyone chimes in who has had an issue. Early on, I made the same mistakes. I know better now.
Most reputable companies are happy to help you resolve an issue. I try to stress, contact the company first. If they don't help, then post your greivance.
