[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Free Floating handguard

I have a CMMG .22 Sierra upper on a CMMG lower and due to a missunderstanding when ordering it I have a
standard hand guard.
Would it be worth while from the stand point of "improved accuracy", to replace it with a freefloating handguard?
If so would any "Mil.Spec." free floating handguard work for me, or do I need to order a CMMG handguard?
