I just bought a CMMG complete lower from an internet dealer. I mounted an upper on it and found that the safety would lock in the fire position. I took out the safety, cleaned the detent, the hole in the lower and the safety lever and lubed them all. The safety would work OK for a few times and then stick in the fire position again. I sent CMMG Tech Support an email late in the evening. Two days later I had a new safety lever, spring and detent on my front porch. I removed the old, installed the new and now it works perfect. Once again CMMG's customer service came through. Thanks for your outstanding, no BS customer service!!!

Tom,
CMMG is out to win us over. What you have seen from CMMG Customer Service is their normal to everyone. It's bad when you have a problem but's great when it can be solved so quickly. They strive to have no issues but there will always be a few that slip by with any manufacturer. CMMG cares all the way from the CEO to the individual employee. And, that makes for exceptional customer support.....We are the big winners here... Dave |

I guess I'm too easy - I've never complained much when having a problem with a gun. I've been lucky over the years to have owned a lot of different types and makes of firearms. Most have been trouble-free, with only an occasional problem. When I do have a problem, I don't expect immediate resolution, but overall I've had very good luck with all the manufacturers I've dealt with. None have been as quick to respond, diagnose and fix a problem as CMMG though. They get my vote!

| I've contacted the tech department a couple of times and got replies back very quickly. I think all the post you read about CMMG's cs being bad was during the panic buying when everyone was swamped, and isn't a good representation of how good CMMG's cs really is. |
