I received the kit today and installed according to the directions. However, I went to take it out and it is stuck.  I sprayed some Rem Oil all around the chamber but still no luck but i don't want to use a lot of force because i do not want to harm the gun or the kit.

1. pull the rear takedown pin.

2. pivot the upper

3. pull the charging handle.

4. grab the kit, pull out

5. install 5.56 bolt

6. close upper

7. push rear takedown pin.

I have read more posts and none of what those posts say work either... If it was that simple I would have not posted this...

I encountered this with a CMMG kit recently. It had to be forced into the receiver, and forced out, and back in, and so on and so forth about a dozen times. After that, it functioned perfectly.

I currently have a CMMG and Ceiner in my rifles now, and I haven't ever encountered a tight kit - more often the contrary with them being on the loose side and falling out of the receiver when I open the rifle.

What brand Barrel/Upper are you using?

Stainless or Standard CMMG 22lr kit?

Del-ton I believe.  I have tried several times to charge the handle back forcefully as well as wedge something in the upper and pry while charging the handle.  It has slight movement at the rear which makes me think it is stuck in the chamber maybe.  Hopefully the guys at CMMG can weigh in on the subject.  It is the standard kit.

It was an RRA upper that we were having issues with.

I think we had to mortar the rifle to get it out of the chamber.

Not sure if I get where it is getting stuck? This maybe unrelated to your issue, but with a CMMG Piston kit conversion the new carrier would get stuck (in the buffer tube) after pulling the charge handle. Contacted CMMG and turns out my cheap stock wans't mil-spec, replaced with a nice CAA stock set up and no more sticking!
