I recently purchased a CMMG WASP 16" kit from Fire For Effect and bought a CMMG lower receiver from my local shop.  I assembled the rifle (ok, the upper was already assembled, so I can't take credit for that), which I was very happy with.  The fit and finish were great!  So I took it to the range and sighted it in.  The rear sight had to be adjusted almost all the way to the left, which I wasn't thrilled about, but the grouping was great and the rifle functioned reliably.  For a few months I was satisfied with this and I just accepted the sights.  Then eventually it bugged me enough that I decided to email CMMG's tech support.  I explained the issue and they immediately sent me a USP shipping label.  I dropped it in the mail and forgot about it.  A few days later I decided to check my email and lo and behold, a new tracking number.  After a little checking I figured out that they had returned it the day after they got it.  I figured that this meant they had found some reason not to fix it and denied my warranty.  But to my surprise when I received it back it had a note inside stating that they had adjusted the barrel and zeroed the sights!  I was very impressed.  My rifle was in my hands and repaired in less than a week from my original email!

I would just like to say that CMMG has been one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had, and I am an extremely satisfied customer.  I am very content with my rifle, and there is absolutely nothing bad I could say about it.  Thank you CMMG for the fast and friendly service and an absolutely phenominal product.  If I ever find myself in Missouri, I'll have to swing by and bring you guys a case of beer or something
