I've been trying to get a hold of somebody over there for the last week, I'm eagerly looking forward to the opportunity to part with my money!
I work in a restricted area, so my only chance to call is between 1130 and 1230, and between 1630 and close, and haven't had any success yet - is there a time I should try more? Should I just go with email instead?

If you can't get through, shoot us over an email. The phones tend to remain jammed throughout the day.

Email sent, tried landline again. No luck. I realize I'm being overly anxious, but over a week is frustrating.
