Can someone explain to me what the differnece between these two are? 16 M4 A1 SOCOM upper and 16 M10 MedCon upper. both seem to have the same stuff. Now I am confused. I have a Stag lower and have no idea about uppers.

the M4 i think has the 203 notch and the medcon is just a medium contour with no notch. I'm new too so I can be wrong

Maybe Ill go with the 16 M4 upper its basic.

The SOCOM has the 203 stepdown and grenade flats under the handguard.
