Is it possible to get an A-1 upper without shell deflector, lightweight 20 inch barrel and A-2 handguards?

I know it's possible to drop in A2 handguards (just need standard handguard cap), all else fails Bushmaster (iirc) makes A2 handguards in both styles.

An XM16 styled upper might be harder, and I still consider the FA as somewhat beneficial.

Thanks for the reply..........I am thinking of building a Colt 711/ 715 clone, and the one I have a pic of has the FA but no case deflector
