I ordered a complete 9mm lower with dedicated hahn block and kns anti-rotational pins installed and what I got was a 5.56 lower with no block and no pins. But I was charged for the 9mm lower with block and pins, which is a $300 difference. I called 3 times today to see what to do about this and got your answering service that said you were out of the office, so figured I'd put this here so I know you'll get the message. |

ok, so I talked to someone at cmmg and decided not to ship back the 5.56 lower I received and wait for you guys to send the 9mm lower I ordered and pay another transfer fee. that and considering it took 3 weeks to get the wrong lower I just told the guy to send me the 9mm block, hammer, buffer and the kns pins I ordered. I received the hahn block, the hammer and the buffer very quickly, but didn't get the kns anti-rotational pins. I already called again and got the answering service people and left a message. seriously though, you guys need to pay more attention packing orders or something. |

I'm still waiting on the kns anti-rotational pins from my order I placed on february 8. I talked to a woman that was a cmmg employee and not with that ridiculous answering service about 3 weeks ago and she said she would get them shipped out asap. I haven't received them so I've called a few times and gotten the answering service people and left messages, but noone has returned my call. not sure what to do now. |

I'm two months in on waiting on an order in excess of $3k. End of this month I'm cancelling if my gear ain't here. All the good talk about this company has me confused. Not sure why they can't get stuff out in a reasonable time. Not sure why it takes a week to answer emails. I'm stumped. |

well i hope this order will finally conclude today, just have to deal with one last screw up.... I finally got in touch with someone at cmmg and not that answering service, but I literally called every 5 minutes for about 3 hours. Anyways, the lady I spoke with was very nice and apologized about the mix up and said my pins would ship out asap at which time I reconfirmed they had the right address. Looks like that confirmation of my address somehow got messed up because they sent the pins to the gunshop that handled my lower transfer. I can kinda see how this could happen since the gunshop address was the address on my order, but I also explained the situation to the lady and confirmed my home address to ship to. I gotta say this whole order with cmmg was not a very good one. They are always pleasant to deal with on the phone, when you can get someone, but what a hassle. So after ordering a complete 9mm lower with hahn block and kns pins installed and receiving a blank 5.56 lower and then having to deal with communication and getting everything they missed shipped to me, I would have to say that I wouldn't do business with them again. Just too much lacking in communication and attention to detail. |
