Late, late last night I realized I made an error in my order and emailed CMMG. Very early this morning I received a phone call and they checked in with me on exactly what I wanted and will be changing my order even though they'd started building my incorrect order. Now, this is a case of customer (me) stupidity but they handled it fast, professionally, and politely. I've long heard of CMMG's high quality products but I am now impressed by their customer service. I plan on doing more business with them in the future, if I ever learn to use the internet properly : P |
