I just got my CMMG SBR with 10.3" Medcon upper completed last week and thought this forum would be a great place to post some pics.  I have not yet test fired, however I plan on a range trip soon and will post a report.  I am very happy with the overall fit and finish and I am sure it will function just fine

Oh yeah....post em' if you got em'

Ive taken the flare launcher off since that pic was taken. That thing is borderline useless. I have a Tango down grip in its place.

Picked up a LNIB CMMG Medcon 16" middy upper in the EE.  I'm impressed so far with the quality and construction.  Quick shot of the markings:

Received my upper yesterday very carefully packed and with beautiful fit and finish.  This arrived just in time for a class I'd had planned.  It is a very, very tight fit with my RRA lower and my RRA bolt carrier group installed no trouble.  The only peculiar issue was it took a little force to drop the charging handle into the receiver but once inside the groove it moves freely.

Communication was great and the product looks excellent.  I plan on doing business with CMMG again for a 6.8 SPC build.

No, actually I really dig it.  It was an attempt at humor since the carbine appears to be balancing on it's magazine

I hadn't gotten around to posting these yet.

Upper and lower are both CMMG:

Everything forward of the delta ring is from CMMG; the triangular handguards and three prong FH options are what kicked off making a retro out of a simple desire to put together a 20" rifle:

I Finally got the wife talked into getting in shooting w/me more often and thought her own AR would get her a little more interested.  She wanted it to be as light as possible, so she researched and picked out all of the components, besides the internals, and came up w/this.

I always thought that an AR with wood was just wrong until I saw those pics!
Something about that one appeals to me on a fundamental level.
VERY unique rifle: like and want!

Now go forth with your new-found powers, and use them
to convert Fudds and those who decry the BRD!

Congrats on a true one-of-a-kind.

Thanks. The shooters at the range I frequent tend to self-segregate, and I do take my Evil Walnut Rifle over and mingle with the .30-06 and black powder fellas a bit.

I finally set down at a bench yesterday to sight in the Millet DMS and see what the CMMG was capable of. At 50m, it was putting multiple rounds of both M193 and 75gr BTHP Prvi in one hole, and was always right where I pointed it. The function has been perfect too, with pretty much all types of mil-surp and match ammo fed through Brownell's magazines. I will also add that CMMG's customer service was great, and when they said 14 days to ship, they were dead on. I was getting nervous, but on day 14, I had a shipping confirmation from UPS.
