I'll chime in too and say I tried to email them about a problem with my new upper and email could not be sent to them.  Guess I'll give them a call instead.

Email has been hit and miss lately.  The server was getting updated and we are adding a 2 week cashe so no emails will be lost.

It is up and running now.
