How is this size wise, to say a MIAD with large backstrap?
Smaller/same depth wise? Wider? Linky for those in the dark |

Mod 3? Also their new stubby. |

| I just received one the other day. It's different than the Mod 0 and Mod 1 in that it does not have the modular insert on the front. Instead, the extended "insert" is permanently molded in like on the Tangodown grips. The Mod 3 definitely has a larger circumference than the other two, and I guess that I would describe it as being similar in size to a Magpul MOE grip. |

I already have a Mod 1 and it puts my trigger finger a bit too far forward. Their description mentions that it is up to a quarter of an inch wider than the Mod 0 and Mod 1 grips, but it looks like the added width is mostly towards the lower half/main body and may not help with the trigger finger "length of pull." For that I think it would need to be made deeper front-to-back at the top where the beavertail starts. Also odd that they would make the extended "insert" part permanent since there are a lot of modified or permanent AR trigger guards that already fill in the gap. I guess I would have to cut/sand that part of the grip off if I buy one. |

Must be nice to be one of the privileged So how does it compare to the other Mod's ? thanks and don't you have a KM13 yet? |

Just for some helpful feedback I have both the Mod 3 and the Umbrella corp model 23 and the Umbrella corp is superior for people with large hands. Take it for what you will. Who asked about the umbrella corp? It's cool that they sent it to you for free and you hate BCM but please stop being a douche, if you can. |

Maybe they will send you a free mod 3 if you post some cool tactical rolls with your spiffy AR, faggot. Was just giving input for people with larger hands since I own a Mod 3. You can go back to smoking BCM pole. |

Just got my MOD3 and its just perfect for me, and I have normal size hands. The MOD1 was really good as well, but always felt a lil small. I still used the MOD1 cause of the angle, but now the MOD3 has just made life a lot easier with my AR. I can't wait to try their new VFG as well.

I bought a used Mod 1 and definitely prefer the angle, but even with my small-ish hands, it's too skinny. I'd really like to grab a Mod 3 to try. The Mod 1 I got only came with the insert with no extension and it fits well with a Magpul triggerguard - do the Mod 3's (or the other ones with the extension insert in) still work with the magpul and other "winter" guards?
Also, not trolling, but the grip screw hole in the used Mod 1 I got was definitely not right and I had to file the hole to make it larger/offset to get the grip and screw to line up with the receiver hole. Anybody else run into this problem? And before you say it, I had three other people try. |
