Call Compass Lake Engineering since they make the SAM-R barrels.

found it.. the sam-R is 556 nato MATCH, basically a 223 wylde
it is used on all the USMC DMR guns

Would standard Clymer Go & No Go gauges to appropriate to use on this chamber?

All Marine DMRs were 7.62.

Yes the DMR was the M14.
the SAMR is the SAMR
