First and foremost I want to say thanks. I had an issue with my upper from BCM and I jumped the gun and ranted on this site. Many did not agree with what I did and nor do I now. I was just operating off of emotion instead of what I should have been doing. Paul was great thru my whole bitch session and he inspected the upper when I sent it back. He said this and that were normal, but there was apparent damage to the rail and he would swap it out. It seems as if he just gave me a whole new upper! Very cool.
