Check out G&R Tactical....last time I looked they had the BCM 20" uppers in stock.

Sign up for a email alert. I wanted one several weeks ago, and the same thing happened. Somehow they were back in stock the next day or so.
Mine's heading towards me now, but the thing you can do is sign up for the email alerts.
