Does Bravo Company sent you any notice in e-mail that your order has shipped? I placed a order a few days ago online and according to the website everything appeared to be in stock. I am hope the order has already shipped.

The software should email you a confirmation and a receipt.
But as with emails and computers, sometimes it may fail.
email us your order info and we will give you a status.
