How much to cut a 16" (non-hardened) bbl with FSB to 10.3", and open the gas port? I'm doing a MK18 clone, and want to be able to use as wide a variety of ammo as possible.

$75.00 On their website, choose "AR/Standard Barrel Threading" service. That cost includes cutting/crowning, threading, and opening the gas port. If you want them to pin your FSB, add $90 for the "Customer supplied FSB" service.
