[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Barrel contouring question

Hi, I had a couple questions for you. I have a 14.5" barrel that has been pinned and welded with a YHM Phantom. It's a Stag Delta Profile, and I want to have the area underneath the hand guards recontoured to the standard lightweight M4 profile. Is the pinning going to be an issue in the recontouring? I had another question. Do you include refinishing of the contoured area, or is that a separate charge? Thanks.

Stainless barrels get polished back to like they were, Moly barrels get Re-parked. I will try to remember to ask the Shop about contouring with the FH on.
