I remember reading in the org MK12 thread a debate over using a crush washer or peel wahser to install the Ops Inc 12th brake. I do not recall what the "winning" opinion was. I figure you prob install more then anybody else outside the military. What does ADCO use when installing the brake for the 12th....peel washer or crush washer?

Well, actually, we use both. A peel washer is used in front of the crush washer. This way the brake can be timed while using a specific torque of 20ft lbs. The crush washer acts as a "lock" washer. This is the same way that the builder for the Crane contract did it for the real ones.
