Hey Guys, I know you all are the Ops Inc masters and I'm not really sure who else to ask...I need to get an upper to use as my patrol rifle and they don't allow SBRs...Will I be able to mount my 16th model on an upper with a 14.5" barrel and DD RIS II? Or will I be stuck with a 16" barrel or a different (shorter) rail system? I really want to do an M4 Sopmod block 2 clone (but with my ops can...).
