Can the FSB be shaved down enough to fit under a DD Omega 9" rail on a carbine gas system? If it can then which DD option should be chosen when ordering the shop services?
If it can't and/or I go with a Troy 10" rail instead would it be possible to have the handguard cap and delta ring taken off while the FSB is being worked on as well? If the rails were sent with/ordered with the upper would the Disassemble/Reassemble Free Float Upper option cover installation? Just playing with some ideas right now, Thanks. |
