Hi ADCO,

Suppose I were to send you my AR-15 to get a new handguard, charging handle, gas block, stock, and trigger installed. After you complete the work, do you have to transfer my AR back to me through an FFL or can I just get it shipped right to my residence? (I'm a non-LEO, non-FFL resident)

Just order the complete upper and slap it on top of your lower, you can install the LPK yourself. Or yes you can send them your lower and they'll be able to ship it direct to you. Unless the laws in your state say's otherwise.
