If I send in the upper and a new barrel what would be the cost to replace it? I'm guessing it's the $50 cost to disassemble and re-assemble but am not sure. What is the turn around time for that?

$50 - only take a day or two.

Thanks. One more question.....do I need a new bolt with a new barrel or can I keep using the original bolt. It's on a Colt HBAR and only has about 1500 rounds through it.
