Hello

I was wondering what it would cost to Thread a dissipator barrel, if I just send you the stripped barrel (I will take off FSB)...Thanks

Can you thread barrels w/o removal from the receiver?

Since 646 asked about a dissi, can you cut, rethread and (he asks hopefully) open up the port in a 20" to make a dissi?

Thanks

I hate to change topic, but I have an itching question. How can a 16.1" M4-gery BM barrel with mini Y-comp  be cut and threaded? The lack of the compensator would bring the barrel down to 13.6". I was looking at an A2 flash suppressor but I'm doubting that now, seeing as I have no idea if the A2 could replace the lost 2.5 in (and without making it a SBR). Can I still work with an A2? Thanks.

With all the different size (outside diameter) Barrels, how do you go about threading the brl for a muzzle device. Do you first cut the Brl down to the right outside diameter?

I ask becuase I have a Colt Match Target Lightweight that I hope to have threaded after the sunset. Can i just send in the Barrelled upper?

1/2X28 is the standard thread.

If you permanently attach a muzzle device that brings it back to 16" you're OK.
