I have a 16" HBAR upper but would like it contoured and made light under the handgaurds. Is this doable and what would the cost of such a project be?

No problem, $55 + return shipping if you send just the barrel, another $10 if you send a complete upper.

Cool, does this include refinishing the metal after the contour? I know that is a stupid question, but it came up in conversation.
