Hi folks,
I am trying to figure out if the two stocks have the same cheek weld. I have the ACS-L and I love it but now I'm building a dedicated .22 lower and want the same cheek weld with a little less weight. My goal is to have 2 rifles that "feel" the same so I can switch back and forth seamlessly. Am I on the right track or should I stick with another ACS-L? |

I've used both on my main rifle, preferred the STR in the end. The STR will have a bit more cheek-weld area, and as such is a bit wider in profile due to the storage compartments. The added area allows a bit more comfort IMO. The STR is also a bit shorter in length than the ACS/ACS-L, which is what I liked about it, more compact and more usable storage over the little "box" on the ACS-L. |
